I’ve developed a skill to write recipes over the years and this came from recording everything I baked, roasted, steamed and cooked over time. I love this part of my job as it allows me time to be creative in my own kitchen. I’ve written for Sainsbury’s, Lidl, the Public Health Agency and many others. I worked with Kestrel Foods (Forest Feast) to produce their ‘Inspiring Ingredients” cook book using their wonderful ingredients to develop delicious recipes.
