Makes 18
You will need a 9 inch square tin lined with baking parchment

150g butter
300g good quality milk chocolate
150g golden syrup
200g digestive biscuits, roughly broken
100g mini marshmallows
75g Forest Feast Luxury Nuts and Raisins
80g Forest Feast Sour Cherries

Simply place the butter, chocolate and golden syrup into a heatproof mixing bowl and place over a pan of barely simmering water and allow them to melt together.

Now it is just a matter of adding the broken biscuits, nuts, raisins and cherries to the melted mixture and stirring until all of these lovely ingredients are well coated.

Pour into a prepared tin and chill for up to 4 hours until completely set. Cut into 18 small squares.

They can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
